About this home

**** SAMPLE DATA **** This lot is being sold with parcel # 428650. The seller will only sell them together. The lot is in the R-6 zoning district that allows manufactured homes, stick builds, duplexes, and apartments permitted (apartments are permitted by special use permit only). Tiny homes are viewed as stick-built homes so they are permitted, however, single-family homes must be on their separate lots. The setbacks in this zoning district are 20 ft front, 10 ft sides, and 10 ft rear. As long as the structure meets those requirements they can fit. Per the zoning department with a proper survey of parcel #428649 and Parcel #428650, two homes could be placed on the total of the 2 lots. The buyer will need to pay a connection fee for city water and city sewage for parcel 428649. **** SAMPLE DATA ****
